Plastic Surgery Download PIFs
Effective July 1, 2007, the Competency Assessment Form will no longer be used. Beginning August 1, 2006, program directors should not attach the program level letters of agreement to the PIF for a continued accreditation review. All letters of agreement must be available onsite during the site visit. In addition, letters of agreement must be included in the documents submitted for an application for a new specialty or subspecialty program.
