ACGME Clearinghouse of Innovative Approaches Resident Duty Hours

On July 1, 2003, the ACGME instituted common standards for resident duty hours. The aim of these standards is to promote safe patient care, resident learning and resident well-being. This section presents innovative approaches related to the common duty hour standards.
