How do I register for the ACGME Annual Educational Conference? Visit www.acgme.org. All registrations must be done online; we do not accept mail-in, call-in, or faxed registrations. When will registration open? Registration will be available at www.acgme.org starting November 15, 2011. Can I pay by check or PO? Yes. To pay by check or PO, select “check” from the drop down menu on the payment screen and then submit your registration. This will provide you with a confirmation that shows a balance due which can be used as a PO. Please include your receipt and confirmation number when you mail in your check. Where do I send my payment? Please send all payments to: Where do I find conference handouts? Handouts for the conference will be available online two weeks before the conference. The link to this site will be emailed to all registered attendees. Please print the handouts that you will need as they will not be provided onsite. The hotel business center will be available for last-minute printing at your own expense. Will I receive CME for attending? Yes, you will receive CME for attending the 2012 ACGME Annual Educational Conference through joint sponsorship from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and the ACGME. CME is available for physicians only; non-physicians who attend may receive a Certificate of Attendance. Is there a discount if a group of us attend from the same institution? Yes, there is a discount for groups of three or more attending from the same institution. You will be asked in registration if three or more from your institution will attend; selecting “Yes” will activate the discount. Please see the conference brochure for rates.
