The ACGME has secured a discounted room rate of $215/single or double per night, currently subject to 12.5% tax. A daily resort fee of $12 will be posted to the guestroom account. Each additional person is $25 per night. Children under eighteen years of age may stay for free in their parents' room. These special rates will be offered three days prior and three days after the conference dates, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation. All reservations must be made by February 8, 2012. Room reservations received by this date will be confirmed at the group rate. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. (EST) on the cut-off date will be accepted at $25 above the group rate, based on availability. Please identify yourself as an ACGME conference attendee when making your reservation to receive the discounted rate.
