Leadership Skills for Chief Residents

For Incoming Chief Residents - Do you have the skills needed to be an effective leader? The Leadership Skills Training Program for Chief Residents is a workshop which introduces a model of leadership to develop the following skills:

  • Enhance each participants self-awareness
  • Develop knowledge and appreciation of group and interpersonal behavior
  • Learn additional personal skills critical to success and satisfaction as both a clinician and leader including the ability to manage conflict; give and receive feedback; manage stress and work with non-physician administrators
