Journey to Authenticity: Voices of Chief Residents is a 127-page, four-color, hardcover book of interviews with 20 chief residents. In this book, these remarkable young doctors candidly discuss why they chose a career in medicine, what drew them to their specialties, and how they grew and changed during the years of their residencies.The text is complemented by a series of four-color photographs showing the residents as they go about their rounds, treat patients, and teach junior residents.
